The International Day of the Sick 2023

As was customary before the recent pandemic, on the anniversary of the first Appartion of Our Lady to Bernadette in Lourdes, the Maltese Association of the Order of Malta commemorated the International Day of the Sick, once again on 11th February, with a Mass celebrated by Fr Savio Vella, Chaplain of The Order, at the Shrine of Our Lady of Divine Graces within the Parish Church of Zabbar.

The Association is grateful to the Archpriest, Fr. Evan Caruana, who welcomed us back to his Parish and allowed us the use of the Parish Hall for this event.

A number of our special guests who had joined us on our Pilgrimage to Lourdes over the years, were invited to attend this special Saturday evening mass and were greeted by the President of the Assciation, members of The Order and a number of volunteers.
