Annual General Meeting – 6th October

October 6 2025

The Annual General Meeting of the Maltese Association was held at Casa Lanfreducci on Monday, the 6^th of October. Before the meeting, Mass was celebrated by Monsignor Brendan Gatt, the Principle Chaplain.

The Secretary General, Marchesino Josef Formosa Gauci, asked for the approval of the Minutes of the last General Assembly, and these were approved.

In a hall full of Members, the President, Dr Michael Grech, gave an account of the activities and events that took place during the year between June 2024 and October 2025. This had been his first year of Presidency.

The Hospitaller, Dame Karen Miller, gave a power point presentation of the various activities that filled the year under review. She commended the invaluable help given by members of VOTO, and other volunteers as she described in detail a year full of events, both in Malta and Gozo and at Lourdes.

Frederick Mifsud Bonnici, Treasurer of the Association went through the audited accounts of the last year.

All reports were approved nen com. The Meeting was adjourned sine die.
