SAR Unit in Action with Maltese Authorities

Yesterday, members of the Search and Rescue Unit of the Maltese Association of the Order of Malta were deployed to Bulebel to assist in the search for missing person Eusebio Abela.

Our volunteers deployed search and drone resources and worked alongside the Civil Protection Malta & The Malta Police Force in support of the ongoing operation.

We extend our deepest condolences to Mr.Abela’s family, friends and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

We also want to remind the public that should you ever need our assistance, our volunteers are ready and willing to support, no matter the time of day. If someone is missing and you believe our Search and Rescue capabilities can assist, please do not hesitate to contact us directly and we will ensure the right authorities are notified of the case.
