St John’s Feast and Investiture 25-06-2023
Pontifical High Mass on the feast of the Nativity of our Patron Saint, St John the Baptist, was celebrated by His Grace the Metropolitan Archbishop of Malta, Mgr. Charles Jude Scicluna, at St John’s Co-Cathedral in Valletta at 9:30a.m.
A promotion and investiture ceremony took place after Mass in the Oratory of the Co-Cathedral at 10.30 a.m., over which H.G. the Archbishop presided.

After the procession to the Oratory, the Chancellor, Dr Michael Grech, read the brevet issued by the Grand Master.
His Grace the Archbishop blessed the insignia and the Veni Creator Spiritus was sung.
