Annual Lourdes Pilgrimage Reunion in Lija
The annual Lourdes Pilgrimage Reunion was held on Saturday, 4 th November, 2017 at 6.00 p.m. and was once again held at the Madonna tal-Mirakli Hall in Lija.
A very good number of Our Lords the Sick and their families took up our invitation with some even crossing over from Gozo. They were assisted throughout by the number of members and volunteers in attendance.
The event started off with a Holy Mass in thanksgiving, celebrated by the very Rev. Fr. David Gauci, Conventual Chaplain ad honorem, and this was then followed by light refreshments lovingly served to our special guests by the members and volunteers of the Order.
The event was a complete success, well achieving its primary objective of perpetuating the deep spirit of solidarity created by the wonderful and unique experience of what is the Lourdes Pilgrimage.
