All I ever wanted was to reach out and touch another human being not just with my hands but with my heart[/su_quote]
Our immense gratitude goes to confrere Peter Sant Manduca and his dear mother Louisette, who are always so gentle and keen to wholeheartedly welcome the Maltese Association and our special guests when we visit Mdina. The June tea party took place on the quaint little terraces of their residence in the old city. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon with breathtaking panoramic views. Our patients as always were treated to a variety of eats and delicious cakes. The Fontanella staff with a pleasant and caring disposition made sure that our guests were being served with teas and coffees all through the enjoyable afternoon. So once again it was so rewarding to see the happy bright faces of our dear patients. Every human being is remarkable and beautiful; it just takes a patient set of eyes to see that giving selflessly to others is the most precious gift one can give to people in need of love and care. The afternoon ended with farewells and promises to meet again in July!
