Presentation of Christmas Hampers

Christmas time is a time for sharing. The Maltese Association has for some years now expressed this through the presentation of Christmas hampers containing food and other essentials to various Church and Religious Organisations and Charitable Institutions. The ceremony was held at the Headquarters of the Association at Casa Lanfreducci in Valletta on the 16th of December, a few days before the celebration of the Birth of Jesus Christ.

The President, Dr Michael Grech, while thanking several sponsors for their generosity in make such an event possible, recalled that a total of 120 hampers had been prepared and a number of them will also be made available to families in need.

Present for this occasion was the Hospitaller Dame Karen Miller accompanied by the Vice President, Dame Helene Zammit.
