80th Lourdes Patients Tea Party
The 3rd June marked an important milestone in the organisation of the Lourdes Patients Tea Parties which are regularly held by the Maltese Association, under the loving guidance of Dame Victoire Borg Manche’ and her team.
It was in fact the 80th such event. In the touching words of Dame Borg Manche’ : “I am very proud to say that each occasion was a great success and a way of sharing very precious moments with our special friends who we befriended during our pilgrimages to Lourdes”.

Mr. Justin Zammit Tabone, a Member of the Association, kindly offered to host 80 guests to a most generous tea at the beautiful XARA Lodge, in the foothills of Rabat. A wonderful array of food was served, in a lovely atmosphere, highly charged by the charisma of the venue’s personnel.
A big thank you also goes to the Voto Council for helping to organise a Tombola session, donating the gifts and assisting throughout the afternoon, as well as to all the volunteers.
