Presentation of Christmas Hampers

The President Marchesino Daniel de Petri Testaferrata, on behalf of the Maltese Association, formally presented the traditional Christmas Hampers containing foodstuffs and other essentials to representatives of various Charitable Institutes: St Joseph Home Zejtun; Missionaries of Charity; Emigrants Commision; St Rita Home Tarxien; St Patrick`s Home; St Theresa Home Zurrieq; Dar Theresa Spinelli and the Dominican Nuns Attard, in a brief formal ceremony held at the Association’s headquarters at Casa Lanfreducci in Valletta this afternoon.

More hampers will be delivered to other recipients in the coming days.

The Maltese Association is extremely appreciative of the generosity of the various members and other donors who support this noble initiative, as well as to those who volunteered to pack and deliver the 120 hampers.
