Presentation of Christmas Hampers

The President Marchesino Daniel de Petri Testaferrata on behalf of the Maltese Association formally presented 125 Christmas Hampers containing foodstuffs and other essentials to representatives of various Charitable Institutes and other beneficiaries in need of a helping hand, in a brief formal ceremony held at the Association’s headquarters at Casa Lanfreducci in Valletta on the 20^th December 2021.

The Hospitaller Dr. Kevin F. Dingli was also in attendance.

The event, which is an otherwise annual traditional occurrence, much looked forward to by those benefiting from this gesture of solidarity, had to be postponed last year owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In order to observe health protocols, only a small representative group was invited to the physical ceremony, and the Association refrained from serving the light refreshments which usually follow such presentation. The Maltese Association is extremely appreciative of the generosity of the various members and other donors who support this noble initiative, as well as to those who volunteered to pack the numerous hampers.
