The monthly tea parties are an expression of love towards our dear friends; where special acquaintances have turned into precious relationships. The people we meet at the crossroads of life during the pilgrimage to Lourdes, people who are vulnerable; special individuals who pass through so much pain and hardships. Over the years, we came to realise that after the remarkable experience in Lourdes, these amazing persons are filled with overwhelming strength and courage to keep standing and soldiering on! This month we met our malades and their families in the beautiful grounds of Xara Lodge. The patients enjoyed the pleasant afternoon and were looked after by the gentle staff who served them warm drinks and a spread of light refreshments. These lovely afternoons carry beautiful memories from month to month!
