CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS 2D MATINÉE MOVIE ‘THE GOOD DINOSAUR’ A DISNEY ADVENTURE COMEDY FILM
The Maltese Association of the Order of Malta once again organised a Christmas children’s film show, this year at the Empire Cinema in Bugibba, for 100 children coming from various child care centres and homes around the island.
The kids started arriving at the cinema in the early afternoon as always so keen and looking forward to this yearly appointment with us! They queued up with their carers to collect their soft drinks, and tubs of popcorn, and were then ushered into the cinema to settled down into their seats, all eagerly awaiting for the start of the film. The theme behind this engaging tale is a story of courage, perseverance and the love for one’s family. The film captured the attention of all the children and our volunteers!
After two hours it was time to go home and seeing the warm smiles and hearing the cheerful laughter of the children as they excitedly left the cinema to board their coaches to go home made it all so worthwhile and rewarding both for the Maltese Association and the children’s dedicated helpers.
