Fontanella Tea Party for Past Lourdes Patients

The selected group of malades had a wonderful time with friends meeting up once again on a beautiful blue skied sunny afternoon! The Fontanella tea rooms are situated in the ‘silent city’ of Mdina. With dedication and enthusiasm, the Fontanella staff under the guidance of Mrs Louisette Sant Manduca, prepared a lovely spread of delicious sandwiches, the traditional Maltese ‘pastizzi’ and a variety of Fontanella sumptuous cakes. The devoted young staff also served us teas and coffees throughout the pleasant afternoon. The patients enjoyed this little reunion, relaxing in the beautiful terrace which overlooks the splendid panoramic views from the bastions. The time passed by so quickly! All our gratitude and thanks go to Louisette and Peter Sant Manduca who give us so much with a lot of love
