Maltese Association February Tea Party for Lourdes Patients at the Hotel Corinthia San Gorg St Julians
A group of ‘Our Lords the Sick’ have once again been treated with a pleasant and relaxing afternoon at the luxurious Hotel Corinthia San Gorg in St Julians. Teas, coffees and other beverages together with a delicious spread of a variety of sandwiches, cheese cakes and sweets were flowing all through the afternoon, served by the pleasant hotel staff.
Old and young alike eagerly look forward to this monthly appointment and before returning back home, make it a point to enthusiastically ask to reconfirm the date of the next get-together. It is so gratifying and rewarding to see our friends benefit so much from these respite happy and convivial parties! The Terrace Suite was filled with a warm, tranquil and jolly atmosphere full of laughter and enjoyment.
It is always so rewarding for the Maltese Association to see that such events are so important for our patient friends. The big smiles on their faces throughout the afternoon confirms their happiness and appreciation. On our part we look forward to give this service with great love and dedication. Giving one’s time to the less fortunate and sick is a priceless and precious gift!
