Order of Malta National Art Exhibition
The Maltese Association of the Order of Malta, a registered Voluntary Organisation, No. 1885, is holding a ‘National Art Exhibition’, at St John’s Cavalier, in Valletta, by kind permission of H.E. Prince Augusto Ruffo di Calabria, the Order’s Ambassador to Malta.
All artists living in Malta and Gozo were welcome to participate. Prospective participants had to inform the organisers by email at info@orderofmalta-malta.org.mt by no later than the 15th September 2022. The Terms and Conditions for inclusion were then notified by return email to all the applicants who had confirmed their commitment, by the 8th October 2022.
The Exhibition was officially opened yesterday evening at 19:00hrs. It hosts the largest collection of works by different artists under one roof, consisting of paintings, ceramics, glass, stone, bronze, sculptures, photographs and mixed media.
One hundred and sixty five artists, exhibiting side by side, in a grand show of workmanship and camaraderie. The participating artists, together with their spouses, partners or guests were invited to the launch.
The exhibition is open between the 24 March and 6 April, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm daily, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Hard copies of the catalogue are available at the venue, against a donation of €50 for the hardbound volumes, and €15 for the softbound smaller sized volumes.
