International Day of the Sick

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Mass usually held in Zabbar at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Graces to commemorate the International Day of the Sick, was this year celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Church in Valletta, by Fr Brendan Gatt and transmitted live on the Association’s YouTube Channel:

A number of Our Lords the Sick, who have participated in the Order’s previous Pilgrimages to Lourdes, together with Members,Volunteers and Pilgrims prayed together in this virtual mass of thanksgiving.

This event is held by the Order of Malta every year to commemorate the International Day of the Sick on the anniversary of Our Lady’s first apparition to Bernadette in Lourdes.
