Investiture & Decoration Ceremony
In the Oratory of St John’s Co-Cathedral
An Investiture and Decoration Ceremony took place in the Oratory of St John’s Co-Cathedral, presided by the President of the Maltese Association, Marchesino Daniel de Petri Testaferrata.
Maltese Association Principal Chaplain, The Very Rev. Mgr Lawrence Gatt was assisted by Fr Savio Vella. The ceremony was conducted by Comm. Dr Michael Grech, Chancellor of the Maltese Association, who read the brevet issued by the Chancellery’s Office in Rome. Master of Ceremonies, Mr Christopher Cassar Torreggiani, assisted throughout the ceremony.
The ceremony commenced with Mgr Lawrence Gatt, Maltese Association Principal Chaplain blessing the ‘Obedience’ scapulars and decorations.
