{"id":175,"date":"2016-06-11T08:51:17","date_gmt":"2016-06-11T07:51:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/orderofmalta-malta.org.mt\/voto\/?p=175"},"modified":"2021-01-08T13:36:11","modified_gmt":"2021-01-08T12:36:11","slug":"11th-june-2016-gozo-outing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/orderofmalta.mt\/voto\/11th-june-2016-gozo-outing\/","title":{"rendered":"Gozo Outing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This year\u2019s Gozo outing was a great success with a record 98 special guests and their families and 15 volunteers joining us on this special day.\u00a0 Once in Mgarr the group set off on 2 coaches and 2 wheel-chair vans to hear mass in the lovely gardens of a private farmhouse in Gharb, celebrated by Mons. Paul Vella and Fr. Jeffrey Attard, after which pastizzi and cool refreshments where served, before setting off again for a visit to the Shrine of Our Lady of ta&#8217; Pinu. After some time of personal prayer and a short history of the Basilica, the group were taken to the Calypso Hotel in Marsalforn where everyone was treated to a lavish buffet lunch which was very kindly sponsored by CASUMO Services, and the volunteers paid \u20ac 20 for their share.\u00a0 The day was wrapped up with the group returning on the 4:30pm ferry back to
