Children’s Christmas Party
150 children and 50 accompanying parents and helpers were hosted to the traditional Children’s Christmas Party which the Maltese Association hosts at the Grand Hotel Excelsior.
This year’s event, which took place on Friday 15th December 2023 at 16:30, happens to mark the 15th anniversary of this much awaited seasonal party.
Around 20 members and volunteers, led by the Hospitaller Dr. Kevin F. Dingli, ensured that this fun event was enjoyed by all in a safe and orderly environment, and dished out and served the abundant party food.
Free flowing drinks together with cake, cookies and marshmallows, coffee and tea for the parents and adults that accompanied the children, were also served.
At the end of it all Santa, comfortably seated on his throne, distributed a packet of goodies to each and every mesmerised child, many of whom came up to him for a special hug.
Lively and engaging entertainment was once again provided by After Glow Events.
The Maltese Association is extremely grateful to the continued generosity and wholehearted support received from the Grand Hotel Excelsior for sponsoring this annual event, as well as to the other sponsors for transport and sweets.
